In August 2015 Gemma Crook and Mina Heydari-Waite co-devised a research trip visiting artist run spaces and the people who run them in Kyoto and Tokyo.
two lovely ladies that swam for 1hr (Ed. of 10, 2015) is a package of documentation, conversations and scribbles from our time spent in Tokyo and Kyoto. Part 1 documents visits to artist-run spaces. Part 2 is a selection of 11 images made during our trip.
